3. We accept check or money order payment for orders. (Please note that orders paid by check can sometimes take up to 7 or more days for processing).

Returns

& Refunds

1. In the event that you received wrong, defective or damaged merchandise, please contact or customer service department at 866-850-4324.

2. For Product Damaged during shipping:  You must immediately notify FedEx to record the damage. In many cases you may need to take pictures and retain the original box for their inspection.

3. Please call 866-850-4324 or email us at sales@blackseedbitter.com to request a return approval. Returns will not be accepted without approval. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee may apply for unopened merchandise. Shipping charges are excluded from refunds.
